Creating Original Content for Social Media
The advent of social media impacted the world of public relations. Social media creates and opportunity for users to share and interact on multiple platforms.
I specialize in creating and managing content for social media. This includes writing content, photography, and producing videos.
I work on the following platforms:

- Google+
- Vimeo
Here are some examples of my work.
I wrote the copy and shot the photographs for Changing Lives Through Literature’s Facebook Page. I designed the posting to increase enrollment in English 200. The posting also branded UMass Dartmouth as a university that offers special courses that highlight the history of the region.
This is a sample of some of my social media work for University Extension at UMass Dartmouth. I produced a video about UMass Dartmouth’s volunteer work on Martin Luther King Day. This video was broadcast on You Tube and Vimeo. The video increased UMass Datmouth’s rankings on the internet and branded the university as an institution that promotes volunteer work. I also shot the photos in the other sections and engaged the viewers with a conversation about the local beaches.
As the Director of Communications for Changing Lives Through Literature, I promoted CLTL as more than an alternative sentencing program. The program promoted reading, literature, and the blog which celebrated free speech.
